FAIRFIELD, California, July 11, 2022 – Local team, Michelle Perez & Associates of RE/MAX Gold was recently recognized in the 2022 “America’s Best Real Estate Professionals” rankings by RealTrends + Tom Ferry. The prestigious survey is made up of five categories for participating agents and teams in the U.S. based on 2021 numbers. The five categories are: individual producers, small teams (2-5 agents), medium teams (6-10), large teams (11-20) and mega teams (21+). Each category has two subcategories – one for transaction sides and one for sales volume. Michelle Perez & Associates placed in the small teams rankings for highest sales volume.

Last year proved to be a successful year for Michelle Perez & Associates. The team was able to grow their sales volume to $32.2 million when compared to 2020, which is over a 30 percent increase. Michelle Perez & Associates was also awarded the Titan Club Team award by RE/MAX, LLC.
