Originally from San Francisco, Michelle worked in the high rise Financial District for over a decade before marrying her high school sweetheart and moving to suburban Fairfield to raise a family. In 2001, she entered the world of real estate and has loved watching her children thrive in Fairfield's tight-knit community -- from participating in local soccer teams to service projects in their church group. A testament to the quality of Fairfield's local schools, each of Michelle's children are college graduates and have grown into successful adults in their own right (who still want to come over and visit their mom and dad!)

Now, as empty-nesters, Michelle and her husband have come to appreciate Fairfield's central location with easy access to day trip-friendly places like San Francisco, Sonoma, Monterey and Tahoe. And of course nothing beats the weather in Fairfield -- not too cold and not too hot, with longer Spring and Summer seasons.

A resident of Fairfield since 1990, John Perez brings to the team 18 years of customer service experience and his ability to translate for our Spanish-speaking clientele. John is responsible for coordinating all home inspections and plays an active role in marketing your property to the public. His efficiency and knowledge of the Fairfield area ensures a successful and smooth closing for our buyers and sellers.

Jessica Gapasin Dennis

Jessica is a Vacaville native and has been part of Michelle’s team for nine years. After graduating from U.C. Davis, she was Michelle’s first assistant from 2004-2006, and then returned in 2016, when she began working virtually from her home in northern Virginia. As the Marketing & Operations Director, Jessica works diligently behind the scenes to make sure your property is marketed strategically and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. She enjoys the ever-shifting landsape of real estate, where no day is ever the same as the last.

Ileana Rosado

As a San Francisco Latina native, Ileana grew up immersed in the Hispanic Mission District community. With her roots in a military family, she embarked on a 35+ year federal career, beginning at the beautiful Presidio Army Base. Her journey took her inland to Travis Air Force Base, where she worked with veterans, and then to San Antonio, Texas to further her experience. She then settled in Sacramento, earning an Accounting degree from Cal State Hayward.

Known as adventurous and unafraid of taking chances, Ileana's career has provided her with over 20 years of experience in customer service, finance, marketing, and operations. In 1990, she ventured to Vacaville to buy her first home, and it's been her residence since. She enjoys time with friends and family, diverse cuisine, wine tasting in Napa, and outdoor activities with her pets.

Ileana's dynamic background and go-getter attitude are well-suited for her exciting transition to real estate. As the Listing Coordinator for Michelle Perez, she feels privileged to be part of the team, and looks forward to contributing her skill set and passion to her new role.
